Just finished last Friday ! The latest design changes were added to this rendering I did a few years ago, actually….Using a combination of hand-drawing and Photoshop, I am able to edit the rendering in digital form, then email it to the client….The far left side of the building was set back 3 feet from its original position, and the banner was moved from one side of the building to the other…. This 3-D visualization in perspective was commissioned by a longstanding client of Jeffrey’s illustration business–Project details are withheld due to confidentiality concerns. This perspective view shows the proposed project as one would see it from a major Bay Area street. Jeffrey does many illustrations for a number of architectural clients in the San Jose, San Francisco, Bay Area Peninsula, and Sacramento areas of northern California.
