Lots of curb appeal !….Commissioned by a Bay Area architectural firm, this final artwork is in the color pencil technique…I look forward to giving credit to the Architect when this project becomes less confidential….The architectural design has been done, and this rendering shows the design prior to the start of construction….This allows the City authorities to review the architectural and landscaping proposed and make approvals or request changes….Jeffrey works with clients in the Peninsula cities of Atherton, Menlo Park, Woodside, and Los Altos Hills to facilitate approval of their projects with his hand-drawn illustrations….
