Pool with a View !….Rear Yard View of a Custom Home Design….Commissioned by a Bay Area architectural firm, this final artwork is in the color pencil technique…I look forward to giving credit to the Architect when this project becomes less confidential….The architectural design has been done, and this rendering shows the design prior to the start of construction….This allows the City authorities to review the architectural and landscaping proposed and make approvals or request changes….Should be a very nice setting when the home is built….
