The color sketch rendering (above) is in the felt pen and color pencil technique by Jeffrey Michael George, architectural illustrator.\u00a0 This 3D visualization was commissioned by Carol Young of Auburn, a long-time client of Jeffrey\u2019s.\u00a0 The drawing illustrates Young’s Rincon del Rio project, an age-in-place retirement community planned for Auburn, California.\u00a0\u00a0The project is seeking approval from\u00a0Nevada County, California.\u00a0 The perspective view was generated from a CAD base and overlaid alterations by the illustrator.\u00a0 This view shows the amenities of the project in its Village Green with tennis and pickle ball courts.\u00a0 Jeffrey does many illustrations for a number of architectural clients in the South Bay, San Francisco, Bay Area Peninsula, Sacramento, and Sierra Foothills\u00a0areas of northern California.<\/p>\n
