This is what will eventually be a color rendering\u2013based on the CAD model that I built on the computer\u2026.\u00a0 This 3D visualization in perspective was commissioned by a South Bay\u00a0architectural firm, a longstanding client of Jeffrey\u2019s illustration business.\u00a0 The drawing shows the architect\u2019s proposed design for a mixed-use project to be located in San Jose, California, in the South Bay,\u00a0about 50 miles south\u00a0of San Francisco.\u00a0 Jeffrey does many illustrations for a number of architectural clients in the South Bay, San Francisco, Bay Area Peninsula, and Sacramento areas of northern California.<\/p>\n
