White Sketches of Conceptual Design for Bay Area Peninsula Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Three Conceptual Sketches of a possible project for a Bay Area Peninsula City!\u00a0 The Architect and I (the Illustrator) \u201ctalked our way\u201d through the design and representation of the design of this project!\u00a0 The <a href=\"https:\/\/finearchitecturalillustration.com\/blog\/\">rendering<\/a> shown below illustrates\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/finearchitecturalillustration.com\/blog\/page\/2\/\">a<\/a>\u00a0proposed <a href=\"https:\/\/finearchitecturalillustration.com\/blog\/\">project<\/a>\u2013the location and specifics need to remain confidential at this point.\u00a0 The rendering is in the felt pen technique and is by Jeffrey Michael George, <a href=\"https:\/\/finearchitecturalillustration.com\/blog\/\">Architectural Illustrator<\/a>.\u00a0 Although\u00a0not yet built, the project may be moving forward in the near future.\u00a0 Jeffrey works with many <a href=\"https:\/\/finearchitecturalillustration.com\/blog\/\">San Francisco Bay Area<\/a>, Sacramento, Peninsula, and\u00a0South Bay\u00a0architectural firms as a freelance illustration <a href=\"https:\/\/finearchitecturalillustration.com\/blog\/\">consultant<\/a> to bring their designs to life in the form of full color perspective renderings.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/finearchitecturalillustration.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/JMG-Townhomes-Sketch-Revised-small.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1275 lazyload\" title=\"Black &amp;
